Controls
Blockheads Clash uses the entire keyboard to allow up to 4 players to play on the same computer. The NumPad is also used, so if you're playing from a laptop you might have some problems with key configuration layout for certain players.
Attacking Enemies
To defeat enemies, knock them or lead them into holes in the ground. You can make a hole in the ground by smashng your head into the same spot twice. You can also temporarily stun enemies by hittng them with a shockwave or ramming them with your head while running at full speed.
Items
Energy Cubes - Collect these white cubes to replenish your energy. When you have energy, every head smash emits a shockwave, which stun and knock-over enemies.
Heart Cubes - Collect these heart shaped cubes to replenish your health. When you run out heart cubes, your character is dead.
Keys - Collect colored keys to open the corresponding doors. When any member of your party collects a key, all members can use the key to open a door. Once the key is used, it is removed from your inventory.
Switches
You must activate all the switches in a stage in order to unlock the exit. To activate a switch, you must hit all the panels on the rotating table.
Help / Problems
Slow performance - If the game is running slow for you then, make sure you close all other browser windows/tabs and close any other programs that are running. This should give you a very noticeable improvement in performance.
Keyboard controls not responding - Playing up to 4 players can be blast, unfortunately not all keyboards are created equally. Some cheaper keyboards can only support 3-4 keys being pressed at the same time. Other keyboards have odd quirks that don't recognize certain key combinations pressed simultaneously. Because of this, some people my experience some control issues when playing with up to 2-4 players. For example, you may want to turn your character left, but the game may not respond to your input because the other player is already holding down 3 or more keys. There's not much you can do to prevent this except buying a better keyboard or encourage the other people you're playig with to mostly tap the keys instead of holding them down.
